This ride is only open to members of the Wirral Cycling Group.  If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and would like to join us on a ride, then please get in touch with us via the <Contact Form> so we can make arrangements.  If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of our monthly rides for newcomers.

(D/C) Chester to Alyn Waters Country Park

    The ride will start at Chester Train Station  at 10 30 We will meet outside the front entrance of the station

    It is only 12 miles to lunch but in places there are short steep inclines and when we leave the park there is a very steep short hill which I will be walking up the stronger rides can wait for us at the top

    To cycle back to Hooton  is a total of 37 miles or from the Saltney footbridge you can retrace your route back to Chester Station which is 15 miles  Lunch can be bought at Caffi Cyfle at a reasonable price or bring a picnic lunch
